Toybugs is the web site of The Magic Box toy shop, located in the Pennine Village of Marsden, England. At our shop we have built up a range of toys that we believe in. Quality toys from the UK and all over the world that are fun to play with and offer children real lasting play value. This range of toys forms the basis of our website, Toybugs. All of our toys comply with the highest standards of Safety and carry the CE mark. As you would expect, many of the toys are made from traditional materials such as wood however we have also included other toys which we believe fit in with our ideals. All of our wooden toys are manufactured from timber using replenishable sources and are painted with non-toxic paints. Making A Purchase

Over the internet Look through our on-line brochure and select "purchase" for any items that you wish to buy. After confirming your items, select "Pay Here" and you will be asked for the credit card details that we need to be able to satisfy your order. By Post Send the description, reference and quantity of the products you require with a cheque or postal order (payable to Toybugs) to:Toybugs,5, Peel,Street, Marsden, Huddersfield,HD7 6BR,England. Please allow a little longer for delivery and don't include bank notes or coins. Payment We accept Visa, MasterCard,Switch and Solo Cards. You can also pay by cheque or postal order (UK only). If shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

Shipping And Handling

Mainland UK. A standard delivery charge of £3.50 is payable for all orders on mainland UK. All Other Destinations. For deliveries to destinations other than mainland UK please contact us for a fast, efficient quote at CustomerService@toybugs.com.

Delivery Schedule

Christmas Orders. Due to the demand in the run up to Christmas, please help us by ordering as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Recommended Last Posting Dates for Christmas, 2007: UK: Tuesday, 18th December USA, NZ, Australia: Friday, 7th December Goods are usually delivered within 4 working days from receipt of credit card orders. We usually hold all items in stock but occasionally an item may be out of stock. In this case we will contact you to let you know the expected delivery date and you will have the option to cancel your order.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. Back ordered items are not charged until they are despatched.

Tax Charges

For orders for delivery to addresses in the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .

Credit Card Security

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee

At Toybugs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please inspect all items immediately upon receipt. If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase you may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. When returning goods, please quote our reference number (as shown on the delivery note), detail the reason for return and indicate whether a replacement or a refund is required. Return items to: Toybugs (returns), 5, Peel Street, Marsden, Huddersfield, HD7 6BR, England. Please note that returned items must be in resaleable condition. When returning goods we also suggest you use registered post as we cannot be responsible for goods that fail to reach us. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items (this does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer). Refund Policy. For faulty goods we will either refund you in full (cost of goods, postage and return postage) or replace the items and refund your return postage costs. For unwanted goods we are not responsible for return postage and the delivery charge on the original order is non-refundable. Your money will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation.
