All affiliates have access to their own password protected area which will help you evaluate the success of your affiliate site, see how much money you have earned, generate traffic reports and update your information online. You can access this 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to check you account.

How does the Toybugs Affiliate Program work?

When you become a Toybugs affiliate, you are assigned your own password protected control panel.

Using this panel you can choose from a selection of banners and text links to place on your site, e-mail, and/or newsletters. The links will contain an unique account code to track all sales generated by your web site. When a potential customer clicks on that link, it takes them through our Affiliate tracking system on the way to our site (most customers will not know this is involved.)

When a visitor to your site clicks on one of these links, our software places a cookie into their browser. This enables our affiliate software to identify that the customer has come from your website. When the visitor makes a purchase, the software calculates the commission due and assigns it to you. The cookie does not record the users email address or any personal information.

The cookie expires in 365 days. This means that even if a visitor returns later without using the link on your site, you will still receive commission on the sale (provided the cookie is unchanged).

How do I get started?

Simply click on the 'Click Here To Appply' link below. You will then be asked for your email address and a few other details. Once we approve your application you will be sent a confirmation email. Then just sign in using the link at the top of this page and you will have access to your control panel. Here you can choose which links you want to display. Adding the links to your site is very straightforward - simply cut and paste the code supplied into your web pages.

Can any website join the Toybugs Affiliate Program?

We reserve the right to refuse application to websites containing offensive or adult material or other sites which we deem to be unsuitable.

How will I be paid?

Commission is paid monthly by cheque. Once purchases have been approved, you simply log into your control panel area, check the amount owed and raise an invoice. This is paid on net monthly account. Please allow a minimum of 14 days for approval of pending sales to ensure commission is not clawed back due to returned goods or fraud. Please also note that the reported commission excludes VAT. If you are registered for VAT, add VAT and include your VAT registration number on your invoice. Invoices should be emailed to: customerservice@toybugs.com or sent to Toybugs, 5, Peel Street, Marsden, Huddersfield, HD6 2BR.

Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement Term This Agreement begins upon acceptance of your affiliate application and ends when terminated by either party. Either party may terminate the agreement at any time, for any reason, by giving the other party written notice. Commission is only payable for sales made during the term of agreement. 2. Links We grant you the right to link to our website using the provided links during the Agreement Term. Links must be removed upon termination of agreement. 3. Commission We will pay commission on sales that are tracked by the affiliate software ClickClocker and fall within the cookie duration period. We reserve the right to reject commission on sales that are not paid for. For a sale to generate commission, the customer must follow the provided link from your site to our site and subsequently purchase on our site. Requests for orders are tracked online and purchased offline. All customers buying via telephone are asked how they found our site. Commission will be awarded to you if they identify your website as the only source. If you buy for your own use you will still qualify for commission on sale. Commission payments will be made on presentation of invoice. Payment will include VAT where applicable. We may withhold payment until the purchase is paid for by the customer. 4. Modification We reserve the right to modify these terms without notification. In practise, we will endeavour to ensure all affiliates receive notification of changes to terms and conditions. 5. Limitation of Liability We will not be liable for damages or loss of revenue arising as a result of joining/running this program. 6. Disclaimers There are no warranties, implied or otherwise with respect to this program.
